We left Visalia this am and drove for about 5 hours to get to San Diego. Here is just a sample of the view. There are mountains everywhere.

.KJ saw some army vehicles and was really excited. There are a few military bases along today's route. He saw strikers, a Chinook (helicopter) and an F-15 from Miramar (Top Gun).
